为寻求新型热障涂层用陶瓷材料,本文采用高温固相烧结法制备了(Sm0.5Gd0.2Nd0.3)2(Hf0.3Ce0.7)2O7复合氧化物。利用XRD分析了其晶体结构,SEM分析其显微组织,膨胀仪测试其热膨胀性能,激光热导仪测试其热扩散系数。结果表明,成功制备了具有单一萤石晶体结构的(Sm0.5Gd0.2Nd0.3)2(Hf0.3Ce0.7)2O7复合氧化物。其显微组织结构致密,晶界清晰无其他相存在。由于复杂的元素组成和较大的原子量,其热导率明显低于7YSZ和Sm2Ce2O7。其较低的热膨胀系数则归因于B位离子较小的离子半径,但其热膨胀系数依然满足热障涂层的要求。  相似文献

FeOx, TiO2, and Fe–Ti–Ox catalysts were synthesized and used in the catalytic hydrolysis of hydrogen cyanide (HCN). Nearly 100% HCN conversion was achieved at 250 °C over the Fe–Ti–Ox catalyst. TiO2 rutile was detected over TiO2, but not over Fe–Ti–Ox, which suggested that the interaction between Fe and Ti species could inhibit the TiO2 phase transition. Furthermore, the interaction between Fe and Ti species over Fe–Ti–Ox could promote the selectivity of NH3 and CO. The mechanism of hydrolysis of HCN over FeOx, TiO2, and Fe–Ti–Ox can be given as follows: HCN + H2O → methanamide → ammonium formate → formic acid → H2O + CO.  相似文献

为探讨IDose 4迭代重建技术在低剂量CT肾动脉血管造影中的应用价值,选取205例拟行肾动脉CT血管造影患者,随机将其分为4组,A组(51例)采用管电压100 kV、管电流100 mA,碘海醇370 mg I/mL及IDose 4迭代重建技术,B组(51例)采用管电压100 kV、管电流150 mA,碘海醇270 mg I/mL及IDose 4迭代重建技术,C组(51例)采用管电压80 kV、管电流180 mA,碘海醇270 mg I/mL及IDose 4迭代重建技术,D组(52例)管电压120 kV、管电流120 mA,碘海醇370 mg I/mL及滤波反投影(FBP)重建技术。分析各组图像肾主动脉干CT值、噪声(SD)、信噪比(SNR)和噪声比(CNR),受检者接受CT有效剂量(ED)、容积CT剂量指数(CTDI vol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)、碘摄入量以及重建图像评分差异和诊断效能。结果显示,A、B、C组重建图像评分优于D组,肾动脉主干CT值、SD、SNR、CNR均高于D组,B、C组肾动脉主干CT值、SD略低于A组。A、B、C组CTDI vol、DLP、ED均低于D组,B组CTDI vol、DLP、ED高于A组。A、B、C、D组诊断肾主动脉狭窄准确率分别为92.68%、86.49%、84.62%、82.86%。证实IDose 4迭代重建技术能降低受试者受辐射和造影剂剂量,提高成像质量,在低剂量CT肾动脉血管造影中具有较高可行性和实用性。  相似文献

Using rubber to toughen polylactide (PLA) is always accompanied by the sharp reduction in stiffness. Herein, PLA/poly (methyl methacrylate) grafted natural rubber (NR-PMMA) thermoplastic vulcanizates (TPVs) with balanced stiffness-toughness were fabricated. With the addition of 40 wt % NR-PMMA, the impact strength and tensile toughness of PLA/NR-PMMA TPV significantly improved to about 102.7 kJ/m2 and 66.1 MJ/m3, respectively, compared with those of 2.7 kJ/m2 and 2.4 MJ/m3 for the pure PLA. Meanwhile, the yielding stress was maintained at 34.5 MPa. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) confirmed the formation of in-situ interfacial compatibilization between PLA and rubber phases. Both tensile and impact toughening mechanism were studied and deduced as considerable energy dissipation provided by the continuous rubber phase. Instrumented notched impact tests demonstrated that the energy dissipating in crack propagation process contributed to the main part of impact toughness. In addition, a novel toughening model based on bicontinuous structure was incorporated, which showed good applicability in predicting the impact strength of PLA/NR-PMMA TPVs.  相似文献

Carbon dots(CDs) with multi-color emissive properties and a high photoluminescent quantum yield(PLQY) have attracted great attention recently due to their potential applications in chemical,environmental,biological and photo-electronic fields.Solvent-dependent effect in photoluminescence provides a facial and effective approach to tune the emission of CDs.In this study,green emissive nitrogen-doped carbon dots(N-CDs) are synthesized from p-hydroquinone and ethylenediamine through a simple hydrothermal method.The as-prepared N-CDs possess a robust excitation-independent green luminescence and a high PLQY of up to 15.9%.Further spectroscopic characterization indicates that the high PLQY is achieved by the balance of nitrogen doping states and the surface passivation extent in CDs.The N-CDs also exhibit solvent-dependent multi-color emissive property and distinct PLQY in different solvents(the maximum can reach up to 25.3%).Furthermore,the as-prepared N-CDs are applied as fluorescence probes to detect acetone and H2O2 in water.This method has exhibited a low detection limit of acetone(less than 0.1 %) and a quick and linear response to the H_2O_2 with the concentration from 0 to 120 μmol/L.This work broadens the knowledge of applying CDs as probes in the bio and chemical sensing fields.  相似文献

The microscopic structure and dynamics of liquid TixAl1-x alloys together with pure liquid Ti and Al metals were investigated by means of molecular dynamics simulations. This work gives the structural properties, including pair-correlation function, bond-angle distribution function, HA and Voronoi indices, and their composition dependence. The dynamical properties have also been studied. The calculated pair-correlation function, bond-angle distribution function, and HA and Voronoi indices suggest that the stoichiometric composition Ti0.75Al0.25 exhibits a different local structure order compared with other concentrations, which help us understand the appearance of the minimum diffusion coefficient at this composition. These results indicate that the mobility of atoms strongly depends on their atomic local structure.  相似文献

在有效质量近似和球形方形势模型下,计算了开放型球状纳米系统电子散射截面及电子按能量的概率分布,探讨了线度、势垒宽度对电子散射截面和共振能量以及共振宽度的影响.结果表明:电子的散射截面随能量的分布曲线有一极大值和极小值,而且电子能量的概率分布曲线的极大值位置总是介于散射截面分布曲线的极大值与极小值的能量位置之间;散射截面随内核半径r0的增大而增大,而且散射截面分布曲线随r0的增大由较平滑变得较尖锐;散射截面随势垒宽度Δ的增大而增大,但在Δ=1.4aCdS–1.7aCdS的范围内,变化出现异常,在Δ=1.6aCdS时散射截面出现极小;电子共振能量El 随Δ的变化与电子所处状态有关,而电子共振宽度Γl随Δ的增大而减小;不论Δ取何值, El和Γl都满足能量和时间的测不准关系. 关键词: 球状纳米系统 势垒宽度 电子散射截面 电子概率分布  相似文献
